My name is Thomas Casimiro, and I founded Locked & Coated to bring rugged precision and bold design to custom firearms. I’ve always been obsessed with craftsmanship — the kind that speaks for itself in durability, accuracy, and grit.

Whether I’m laying down a custom Cerakote finish, stippling a frame to perfection, or building a piece from the ground up, every project I take on is guided by one principle: Do it once. Do it right.

I work with military, law enforcement, and civilian firearm owners who want more than just function — they want form, identity, and edge.
